Over the Christmas holidays I had a lovely surprise - one of my pals tagged me on Instagram saying she'd just bought a magazine with me on the cover! WHAT?? Cue me racing down to the news agent down the street to snap up multiple copies of Handmade Patchwork Yearbook (produced by the folks at Patchwork & Craft) and grinning from ear to ear for days on end. It was a complete surprise, I mean I filled out a bazillion questions for the interview and sent them a bunch of pics but I thought it was just going to be a little sidebar profile, not a front cover highlight and then a three page spread inside!! So thanks heaps Patchwork & Craft, it was an exceptionally lovely way to end 2013 :) The magazine is still available via their website (and I have seen it at a few Woolworth's as well) if anyone wants to grab a copy.
