melbourne modern quilt guild reminder
what a very lovely weekend just passed: a great market day at craft hatch on saturday (above are my purchases and trades from fellow stall mates, such beautiful goodies that coordinate so well with my business cards!) and a fabulous father's day yesterday, lunch out and afternoon tea with family while melbourne turned on the perfect spring weather.
just wanted to remind locals that i'll be speaking at the melbourne modern quilt guild sit & sew event in ashburton on saturday. i'll have some fabric samples for everyone and panels for sale and will be staying for the day to sew and chat - fun! there are a couple of spots left; memberships to the guild is free and the sit and sew events are a nominal $10 to cover the cost of the venue. you can sign up for saturday's event here, hope to see you there!

that yarn is outstanding. i LOVE super chunky yarn... mostly because i am a slow, somewhat lousy knitter and an impatient crocheter. lesley, your blog, fabrics, designs and everything you do get more and more beautiful and better all the time. xxx
