working on this pattern idea, not quite there but almost, waiting for an amazing sounding new batting to arrive and trial, still researching fabric printing techniques, pricing out wholesale rolls of linen, so, so much going on in this crafty noggin...
will pick a scrap recipient tomorrow!

I would be interested to know where you get wholesale rolls of linen. It's so beautiful, but can be so expensive!
ReplyDeleteI love making linen quilts. I have one right now that I am working on (check out my recent blog posts) and I am so pleased with how it is coming out. I dyed the natural vintage French linen I got on ebay with procian fibre reactive dyes. I borrowed a couple of books from the library on natural dyeing and I want to try that on some of the cotton and line I have collected.
ReplyDeletejennifer, search around on google for wholesale linen fabric, there should be tons of distributors in the states. here in aus you need an abn (business number) to login to the wholesaler websites and see prices. good luck!
ReplyDeletethanks, guizito!
patty, heading over to check out your blog right now, sounds like we have a lot of similar interests : )
beautiful, soft, dreamy colours! love this!
ReplyDeleteYour quilting is so perfect and with such harmonious, restful colours. Puts my wonky patchworking skills to shame.
ReplyDeletethat is scrumptious. i don't usually go for muted colors, but that's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI love it, very smart.
