::fleur playmat pattern now available::
yippee! the fleur playmat pattern is finally complete and available in my shop! with mae cutting her second tooth and my husband away fishing for four days, it was touch and go as to whether or not this would actually get finished on time but i worked on it every spare second i could and feel such a sense of accomplishment for having it in the shop the day i said i would : ) as i mentioned, this is a pdf pattern and also includes a new, never before seen pattern/tutorial for a fleur pillow so you get two patterns in one. i'll also have print versions of this available at the stitches + craft show here in melbourne next month. i'm dying to see what people make from these, what colours, what fabrics will be chosen... it's all so exciting!
mae doing a little product testing during our friday afternoon photo shoot.
style assistant, baxter, takes a break.

Seriously Mae will be a toddler before I see her if I don't get my butt into gear and come and visit! Love the play mat- but I think Baxie looks quite at home on it! Bella would have torn it to pieces when you weren't looking.
ReplyDeleteThis playmat is adorable! I only wish I knew a little girl who needed one.
ReplyDeleteLovely! I'm sure you feel such a sense of accomplishment for meeting your goal!
ReplyDeleteThat looks fabulous Leslie- Well done! I hope you sell lots and lots!
ReplyDeleteThis looks soooooo good, Les! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteAnd is it just me or does Maesy have a little faux-hawk? Hmmm... Cute!
Hugs to you and the rest of the family!
Love,
Heather
Congratulations, it looks great. I bought the handmade magazine that had the pattern in it but I still haven't managed to make it for Matilda yet... I'll get there eventually.. hopefully before she's too big for it!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! It looks soooo good and what a great idea to have the patterns for both the fleur pillow and playmay - makes perfect sense! I love little Mae's product testing photo :-)
ReplyDeleteReally-good-looking dachshund looks suspicious!
ReplyDeleteBut, oh, that stupendous, laughing baby. I want one. Another one. Unfortunately too old, and five is more than enough.
Mae is a real sweety.
Wonderful Leslie, I am going to make one for the next new baby who comes my way and, oh gasp(!), Mae has her knitted doughnut in the photo! I am honoured! Looking forward to the show, will come and see you!

I love this playmat! Next time a friend is pregnant, I might have to get this pattern...
ReplyDeleteI love the playmat, if only I had this when my daughter was little. Any plans for a boys' design? I love your stuff.
