i really want to get back into posting more regularly and i seem to be an all or nothing type of gal - when i did the month of posting every day about 6 months ago, i felt so much more of a dialogue and connection with all of you and it wasn't too much of a struggle to post something every day (most days, anyway). plus i really want to remember my pregnancy, what i am/was feeling, what i'm creating and keep track of all the amazing baby goods i'm discovering through my online research SO i'm planning to blog everyday for the next 3 - 4 months, until the baby is born or my brain is mush from hormones and lack of sleep, whichever comes first. i already have such a backlog of things to share that i think april will be no problem at all.
and for a little cuteness factor in your day, here's a wee garter stitch cardigan i found at st vinnie's for 50¢, with new wooden buttons added, and the second in my handknit beanie series, a simple little turquoise cotton number. i'm onto number three now, in a gorgeous soft sage green angora/merino blend, the perfect easy project for right before bed. see you all tomorrow : )
I love the beanie! The weight / gauge looks perfect. Do you have a pattern you can share?
ReplyDeleteYay!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing more of you over the next little while, Leslie!
Gorgeous cardigan - looks like it would be an easy-ish knit to copy? It reminds me of Alison's wrap cardigans from six and a half stitches - very cute.....
