my very own duaflex
after being taunted by stunning images like this... and this... (please go look, they really are lovely - then come back, though.) i've been trawling eBay lately for my very own '50s Kodak Duaflex and today was the winning day! for the grand total of $11.60 USD (+$23 shipping) i've got my own sweet goodness on it's way with two extra lenses, including a macro no less! film for these cameras is a little hard to come by these days but the above images were taken with a digital camera through the viewfinder of the Duaflex, which creates beautiful, rustic vignettes. can't wait for mine to get here....

You're right, they're electrifying images. I look forward to seeing what you come up with when your camera arrives! Sounds like you got it for a decent price too!
